Our signature caramel made with Dark Muscovado Cane Sugar from the shores of Mauritius off the East African Coast. Moist and deeply aromatic it retains much of the flavor of the cane with a complexion of dark molasses, licorice, coffee, and chocolate. This natural wonder is the star ingredient along with butter, heavy cream, and delicious dark rum. An insanely delicious, unique and unparalleled caramel, we find ourselves pouring or spreading it on everything!
All of our caramels and preserves are made with premium ingredients and corn syrup free.
