Vanilla Bourbon Bundtlettes

Modeled after this longstanding tropical favorite, our coconut-pineapple rum cake is made with creamy coconut milk, fragrant, unrefined, organic coconut oil, sweet pineapple and delicious premium dark rum. Topped with a frothy head of shredded coconut and candied pineapple sprinkled coconut buttercream. An intoxicatingly rich and creamy mouthful!
