A rummy twist on the already delicious “Sunshine Cake’ recipe, made with fresh squeezed oranges and orange zest- straight out of this ‘Sunshine State’. Aside from fresh orange juice and zest, this cake is swirled w/ sweet crushed pineapple, soaked in a butter rum glaze, and iced with an orange cream icing and sprinkling of candied orange peel.
